Review article

The article presents the analysis of problems related to ecological safety and energy saving provision at construction of projects in the Russian Federation. The authors consider the forms of public-private partnership, which can be used to solve these problems in the areas of housing and communal services sector, waste treatment management and providing of energy-efficiency of public and residential buildings.
