Review article

The authors propose considering a methodology for evaluating the utilization efficiency of former industrial areas. This methodology uses the principles of integral assessment including qualitative and quantitative criteria involving the social factor. The methodology is focused on the accounting of the specific characteristics of the industrial areas, such as their complexity. It allows to present in the unified form all the complex of costs of project implementation taking into account the amendment on the influence of social factors.
