Review article

The article presents the results of analysis of sustainable development of investment and construction activities in the energy industry and reveals the basic elements of their structure. It is postulated that the integration element of the sustainable development is to be the mechanism for regulating these activities. Identification of the basic elements of the concept of sustainable development of investment and construction activities in the energy industry allows formulating the basic principles that can further be considered as a genesis for the development of the relevant policy and, consequently, of the complex (system) of measures for its implementation.
