Review article

A new single-layer planar building system for high-speed assembly of prefabricated buildings is presented in the article. There have been developed some methods for controlling the quality and accuracy of the installation process for high-speed mounting of prefabricated buildings. These methods ensure a high standard of construction, adaptability to streamlined manufacture, and safety. According to the research results, there has been found out that modernization of production carried out on the scientific basis of improving the prefabricated building systems taking into account the use of single-layer planar building system of high-speed installation, if compared to currently used methods of construction, increases productivity per worker by 30-35% or more. The main provisions of the study could form the basis for further theoretical and practical development.
