Review article

The paper considers some modern forms and standards of organizing the increase of construction efficiency on the basis of the latest procedures and tools of project management and engineering. The research results and proposals of new procedures for the formation of modern organizational structures and mechanisms for the implementation of construction investment projects and programs for industrial system development are presented.
