Annotation: 

The article provides a description and main functionsof the simulation model of a vehicle drive developed inthe SimInTech environment. The model is based on arefined method for calculating the traction and dynamicproperties of the vehicle. The model allows quicklycalculating the required engine power according tothe required maximum speed, taking into account theconditions of movement and loading. It also providesgreat opportunities to conduct numerical experiments tostudy the effect of driving conditions on vehicle operatingmodes. The paper presents the results of a numericaltest to determine the effect of the angle of longitudinalinclination of the road, wind speed and direction on thevalue of fuel consumption on a given path.
