Annotation:
The paper substantiates the criterion evaluation concept of the generalized parameter of energy efficiency, safety and resource saving of buildings and structures introducing a system of scientific and technical support for resource verification of construction objects of a high level of responsibility. There has been obtained a graphical visualization of the calculation of the risk probability of dangerous situations occurring with a varied displacement of the reliability parameter during the operational period. A solution for the inverse problem is also offered: for a given level of reliability and the established probability of a dangerous situation emergence, restrictions on the magnitude of the monitored parameters` displacement are introduced.
