Review article

The study has generated a complex set of risks at functioning of industrial organizations. Among these risks, there are revealed simple risks, their role, significance level, and probabilities of manifestation. The developed method of qualitative and quantitative risk analysis allows to identify simple and complex risks at functioning of the industrial organizations, as well as to highlight the most significant of them.
