Review article

The article presents the research results aimed at perfecting the control system intended for providing the workability of transport and technological machines and perfecting the level of management of their life cycle. Special attention is paid to the formation of the fleet of transport and technological machines and the planning measures for the machine maintenance and repair, taking into account the dynamics of the technical condition of machines and the possibilities of the control systems. Specific organizational and economic measures and mechanisms for their implementation are proposed intended at increasing the effectiveness of life-cycle management of the fleet of transport-technological machines for winter road maintenance.
