Review article

The article describes the characteristics of non-destructive testing and its components. Currently used devices for carrying out the diagnostic testing of the road elements on the site of the traffic accident using technical equipment and software computing system are described. Consideration of the technical equipment and computer software allows to determine the localization of defects of the "vehicle - road" subsystem, the areas of traffic accidents concentration, as well as improve the quality and accuracy of the expert examination results. The dynamic loading equipment used for the diagnosis and assessment of the operational condition of the highway is studied.
