Review article

The article presents preliminary assessments of energy service investment projects. There have been built economic-mathematical models of thermal protection of buildings. An analysis of the adopted model has been made and heat loss graphs have been constructed for various sizes and types of enclosing structures. An example of economic calculation for substantiation of the energy service investment project is given.
