The paper presents the results of numerical simulation and full-scale experiment of the classroom air distribution mode with diffusers for displacement ventilation. The study is aimed at developing and verifying numerical models that make it possible to determine the factors influencing temperature and concentration stratification in a room with a displacement ventilation scheme. The established correlation of field and numerical experiment data confirms the validity of using numerical simulation model. The results obtained make it possible to reasonably apply numerical simulation when studying the effectiveness of displacement ventilation systems and optimizing HVAC design solutions.
