Annotation:
The author considers foreign experience in operating high-speed railway lines, as well as the organization of a comfortable environment in this type of transport. Conversion of the German railways to the new high-speed structures has allowed to deeply integrate them into the structure of the German and other European railways. In the People's Republic of China, high-speed railway construction has brought the country to the leadership regarding the number of kilometers of high-speed rail. Development of the Russian high-speed railway lines is focused on the construction of the individual lines. Formation of a new railway station and railway infrastructure changes the transport service system, transforming the railway stations into the transport and information hubs.
