Annotation:
The article presents a generalization of the approach to the formation of the complex quality index potential in construction. There has been constructed a factor matrix which is used for determination of the most significant group of parameters having the biggest impact on the complex quality index potential. A mathematical model based on regression dependencies has been constructed.
