Review article

The author substantiates the relationship between the development goals of the Institute for Public-Private Partnership as a factor in accelerating the dynamics of economic sectors development and the transparency value of the concession agreement. Structuring the remuneration under the concession agreement in two directions, - namely, according to the source of payment and to the cost emergence centers - will allow achieving transparency and objectivity in decision-making by the economic entities and, consequently, reduce the duration of the preparatory phase of the PPP projects accelerating the development of the economy.
